What does Edora Global Trade do?
We are an international freight forwarder: road, sea and air transport, groupage and full loads, plus customs clearance on export from Türkiye and on import in the destination country. We also offer warehousing, transit and foreign trade consultancy.
Which countries do you serve?
Our main corridor is Türkiye to Europe, with Italy and Spain among the most served markets. We also operate to the Middle East and the Gulf, North Africa, the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Americas. Each destination has its own page with documents and transit times.
Do you handle customs clearance as well as transport?
Both. When transport and customs sit with two different providers, the days are lost in the handover. With us the documents are checked before the goods move.
Do you take small volumes?
Yes. That is what groupage is for: you pay the volume you occupy, not the truck. Above roughly 13 to 15 cubic metres a full load usually costs less per cubic metre, and we tell you instead of letting you overpay.
Is duty payable on imports from Türkiye into the EU?
Industrial products covered by the EU-Türkiye customs union and accompanied by an A.TR certificate are exempt from duty. Agricultural and former ECSC products fall outside it. Import VAT is due in any case, at the rate of the destination country.
How fast do you send a quotation?
Normally within 24 working hours. To speed it up we need six things: pickup location, delivery location, dimensions and weight, number of packages, nature of the goods and the Incoterms rule you want.
Do you carry dangerous goods?
Yes, under ADR by road and the IMDG Code by sea. The assessment always starts from the safety data sheet, the UN number and the class: without those we cannot quote.
