To prepare a quotation we need six things: pickup location, delivery location, dimensions and weight, number of packages, nature of the goods and the Incoterms rule you want. With that we normally reply within 24 working hours, with a single door-to-door cost and the real transit time for your lane.

It states the transit time for your lane, with the crossing or port we intend to use, and flags the alternative mode when it costs less than the one you asked for.
