Edora Global Trade ships goods from Turkey to Bavaria for manufacturers, distributors and importers: full and part truckloads, Ro-Ro via Trieste with onward trucking through Austria, containers and air freight. Customs are handled in Turkey and in Germany by one team, from pickup to delivery.
Bavaria is one of Europe’s strongest industrial regions. Carmakers and their suppliers are concentrated around Munich, Ingolstadt and Regensburg; Nuremberg and Augsburg have a long tradition in mechanical and electrical engineering; and the region is a major distribution base for consumer goods across southern Germany. Turkey supplies these industries with auto parts, metal components, textiles and plastics.
By road. The truck loads at the supplier in Turkey, leaves through the Kapıkule border crossing and runs through the Balkans and Austria into Bavaria, delivering straight to your plant or warehouse. Best for full loads and groupage: international road freight.
Ro-Ro via Trieste. The trailer crosses the Mediterranean by ship to Trieste and continues by road through Austria, avoiding the Balkan border crossings.
Containers. For heavy or non-urgent cargo, containers arrive through North Adriatic or North Sea ports and continue by truck or rail. See sea freight.
Air. Samples and urgent parts land at Munich or Nuremberg airport. See air freight.
We deliver door to door across Upper and Lower Bavaria, Swabia, Franconia and the Upper Palatinate, including Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg, Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Würzburg and Erlangen. If you work with a logistics provider, we deliver to their warehouse or freight village.
Under the EU–Turkey customs union, industrial goods travelling with an A.TR certificate enter Germany free of customs duty; import VAT is still due. The importer needs an EORI number, and goods moving under customs control through other countries travel on a T1 transit document. We file the export declaration in Turkey and handle import clearance in Germany; with DDP the goods arrive already cleared.
We also ship the other way: machinery, components and raw materials from Bavarian companies to Turkey, with customs cleared on arrival. Everything about the route is on our Turkey–Germany freight page.
Yes. We deliver door to door across all of Bavaria, including industrial areas outside the main cities.
Direct trucking is the simplest option for full loads. Ro-Ro via Trieste avoids the Balkan borders and helps when border waiting times are long. We recommend one after seeing the cargo, volume and deadline.
Industrial goods with an A.TR certificate do not, thanks to the EU–Turkey customs union. Import VAT and clearance costs still apply. Agricultural products follow different rules, which we check before shipping.
Yes. We collect at the supplier, prepare the export documents and follow the shipment until delivery in Bavaria.
