Active and passive solutions — insulated packaging or active containers by air, chosen against duration and value.

Why speed alone is not enough

Urgent shipments are frequent in healthcare, but air freight does not solve the problem on its own: a consignment held at customs gives back the hours won in the air. Transport and clearance therefore run in the same flow, with the documents ready before the goods leave.

Yes, with set-point equipment and temperature recording. By air we use insulated packaging or active solutions depending on the product and duration.

Can goods ship before product registration?

No. Without registration and the required permits in the destination country the goods cannot be imported. Registration runs independently of transport and has to be completed first.

Can samples and reagents be shipped?

Yes, with packaging and declaration appropriate to the class. Some reagents fall under ADR or IATA DGR; the assessment is made from the safety data sheet.

Does waiting at customs affect temperature?

Yes, and it is where the chain most often breaks. Having the documents ready before the goods leave matters as much as the equipment.

Can consignments be split by lot?

Yes, in the warehouse. Segregation by lot, serial number and expiry date, with distribution by customer, is available.

What do you need for a quotation?

Product description and tariff code, temperature requirement, number of packages, dimensions and weight, expiry date, pickup and delivery points and the registration status in the destination country.
